Community Health Care Services

Part of the mission of Premier Health Partners (PHP) and our members is to improve the accessibility and quality of community health care services in Greater Dayton and northern Cincinnati. We’ve invested millions of dollars in research, and more than a decade of award-winning service to bring better health care to the 23 communities we serve in southwest Ohio.

Premier Community Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a healthier community through prevention, early detection, and disease management – especially for those who are affected with cancer, diabetes, or heart or lung disease.
